Our custom metal fabrication and pipe fitting team created this pre-manufactured heat exchange skid to supply heat to a large building heating system. This high temp to medium temp hot water heating system was pre-fabricated in our shop by our team then placed on skids for transportation to our client. We fabricated this pre-manufactured heating system in our shop where each part is tagged and crated for shipping, and then sent to the desired location for a fast, simple installation. The structural steel bases are sand blasted and painted with an epoxy paint for durability. Pre-manufacturing these type of systems is beneficial to our customers because it saves time and money on fabrication and installation.
