Rozell Industries was recently tasked with acting as the general contractor for the construction of an all-new Stewart's Shop in North Creek, NY. As Stewart's updates it's current stores, they decided to close their old location on Route 28 and build further up the road. closer to Gore Mountain. This job was not without challenges, including blasting out part of a rock ridge to make the lot build ready. The new shop measures 51 ' x 72' for a total of 3,551 square feet. It will be the perfect location for a shop to be used by  locals and tourists alike in the Adirondack Mountains. Rozell was proud to work as the general contractor for the following subcontractors:
