As partners with Butler Manufacturing, we are proud to build another design-build pre-engineered metal building featuring their superior product. [Flomatic Valves](https://www.flomatic.com/) came to Rozell Industries to build an addition to their existing location in Glens Falls, NY. This 80 foot by 232 foot metal building features insulated metal wall panels, Butler's CMR standing seam roof with metal deck for a clean look from the interior (as opposed to typical sag and bag insulation), and an interior liner panel throughout the building. We installed a curtain wall on the front of building for pleasant sight from outside and nice viewing pleasure from inside. The R & D lab with mezzanine includes a 20’ x 20’ x 4’deep concrete test pool where they will test all their valves. We installed a frame and plastic grating system that allows them to walk over the entire pool when not in use. In addition to the building, we also finished the new paved parking lot addition.
