Located in Lake George, NY, The Laundry Room and TD Bank commercial spaces received an electrical service upgrade and remodel. Rozell upgraded existing 208 Volt 3 phase 400 Amp service (200 Amps to each Customer) to a 480 Volt 3 Phase 400 Amp Service. We also installed pad mounted transformers to allow for 208 Volt 200 Amp service for customer A and 208 Volt 600 amp service for customer B. Designed and built remodel for customer B. Installed all new electrical components including electrical panels, disconnect switches, branch circuits and motion activated lighting as well as data cables for wireless internet service.
