This project had an accelerated schedule of only 7 months to complete and the Rozell team worked tirelessly and ensured that this project got delivered on time as we promised. This effort included major sitework challenges of a wet spring and summer season along with the unforeseen quantity of approximately 10,000 Cubic Yards of unsuitable materials that had to be excavated, removed off site and then replaced with new materials with no additional time on the project schedule. Specialized material and equipment delay due to lack inventory that forced Rozell’s team to again step up to the plate and resource alternates that were of an equal or greater alternate that could be source within the schedule, including providing and using temporary equipment and systems until the permanent arrived.
